Please double check your meal choice, show day & time carefully as there are no refunds or exchanges. IF YOU WANT TO SIT WITH PEOPLE WHO PURCHASED THEIR TICKETS UNDER ANOTHER TRANSACTION, you need to email Madfeaste@ayalachoirs.org and let us know. This year there are two choices: CHICKEN or VEGETARIAN. Seating is assigned based on date/time of ticket purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot seat you near your singer since we don't know where they will be until the day before and sometimes students get moved around as Mr. Davis balances out the voices in the room. The show is 3+ hours in a darkened environment, we do not have children's meals and we do not allow usage of electronic devices that might disturb other patrons, so it is not recommended for small children.

I acknowledge that I am aware of certain risks of participating in public events due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and that I am choosing to enter the venue my tickets are purchased for. I understand that by leaving my home, I am exposing myself to a greater risk of becoming infected with coronavirus, or of infecting other people. In order to do my part to not spread this virus, I agree to not enter the venue and to return home if (a) I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or above, (b) the venue's medically trained professional determines that I may not safely enter the venue, or (c) there is reason to believe I carry the coronavirus despite the current absence of symptoms. If I enter the venue, I agree to strictly follow all health and safety rules the venue has posted, which are designed to protect patrons, workers, and performers.
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
Kindly note that you will be seated with other patrons at the show unless you buy 8 tickets. If you buy 8 tickets, you will have your own table.
A note about bringing small children: The show is 3 hours in a darkened environment. Small children may not be able to sit still and focus for that period of time. We do not have reduced prices for children or children’s meals, and they are not allowed to play video games or on phones or tablets because the glow from the device would be distracting to others. If a child is being distracting to the show, you’ll be asked to take him/her outside.
